The other chefs on the show were surprised when the judges simply loved it! Frankly, I thought it was a really risky move, but I guess it was just a glimpse of what is going to be a major trend in 2010. Now; out of curiosity, I feel inclined to experiment with edible flowers in my cooking but have no clue where these are available. Anyone knows where I can buy these flowers in NY?
