		<description>Excellent post.  While I wholeheartedly agree with the current trend toward less ingredients, that doesn&#039;t make 5-ingredient ice cream &quot;healthy&quot; by any means.  The entire nutrition label should be scrutinized ... not just the ingredients list.</description>
