Great snack... Finally a tasty healthy treat. I read the back of everything I buy and most consumers are fooled by marketing - "low fat", " low calorie" , "healthy", etc... This is a good fat with low sugar and carb and will full you up.

I found these amazing snacks during this past year at college and let me tell you, they are great for munching on in between classes on a long day, because they curb my appetite and make it so I can sit through class without my stomach growling. They also tend to curb my chocolate craving that I get about once a day (I love chocolate!) and they are a lot better for you. I eat one pack of these a day, like I have for the last 8 months, and they never get old. I'm so glad I found them!

i just recently bought a bulk container of these nuts from sams club and they are absolutely amazing. It really feels like you are cheating on your diet b/c they are so good and they are perfectly sweet enough to curb your cravings while filling you up. I would love to see a comparison of a natural almonds health benefits versus these cocoa roasted ones as i am just not educated on the pros and cons between the two food manufacturing processes. Def recommended for any health conscious person who fights sweet cravings.

Wow...didn't expect such strong reactions about this little snack I found. Brandon, there are 19 almonds in each pack. So, not a lot, but more than 10. You're right, it didn't fill me up, that 's why I ended up having 2 packages! And you're right to bring up price. I should have addressed that. You can shave off some $ by buying a bigger bag and not the individual packets. Still, there are more economical options for nuts, you're right.

And Xanya, I don't agree. Don't think you have your facts right about the oil, but I know I won't convince you otherwise. Yes, I mentioned the artificial flavors and sweeteners, but the amounts are truly small. That's not a deal breaker for me. That's a personal choice, but I can assure you the product is not "poison."

I gotta say. This stuff is poison.

Dry roasted renders the oils in the almonds harmful. Natural and artificial flavors and artificial sweeteners make this product even more poisonous.

Stay away and eat a piece of fruit or some really raw almonds: even better if you can soak them

Ingredients: Dry roasted almonds, modified food starch (potato), natural & artificial flavors, cocoa powder (processed with alkali), salt, acesulfame potassium, sucralose.

Chocolate dusting - double yum! I have been a fan of the Blue Diamond cinnamon (tho not in 100 calorie packs, so self-control is a must), but now will definitely try the chocolate.

That 100 Calorie pack had what, 10 almonds?

While nuts are great for keeping you full, they don't help me much actually get full.

I think what's probably the scariest about these 100 Calorie packs is their price tag.

I just received a free sample of these the other day - the campus where I am doing my dietetic internship is thinking about stocking them in the markets. I love almonds...and chocolate...and I couldn't have enjoyed the combination more! It was the perfect snack. Now I'm just glad to find out they come in smaller portions for a quick grab.

Ooh, dark chocolate almonds sans-sugar...my deplorably understocked local supermarkets might not have them, but if they do I'm so there!

I didn't know about the new FTC laws. I'll keep that in mind, though I'm ten years away from being popular enough to receive free products for review.
